estimate for the installation of the landscape and irrigation.
Mediation of homeowner
association disputes, $100 per hour.
Travel outside of Tucson is
$20 per hour travel time.
Substantial commercial
projects are $100 per hour.
Watercolor artwork is $100
per hour. It is about $500 for a 9x12” piece.
For rush rates (any work
needed in less than a week) add 20%.
